General guidelines
- Safe location suited to the physical ability of your group participants. _ _ _ des participants.

- A location with easy access for emergency services and a clear reference point (parking area, kilometre marker, coordinates).
- Preferably choose a location with cell service; sinon, prévoir consignes de sécurité.
Conférence (intérieur ou abri fermé)
- A location covered and shaded or, with adjustable lighting.
- Maison, chalet, salle communautaire or enclosed event tent.
- Électricité au besoin (projecteur/son). Plan B en cas de météo.
Randonnée mycologique (en forêt)
A site you know well, with precise directions, especially if there is no trail.
Avoid maple stands, as they usually offer less observable diversity. Exceptions may be possible upon request.
