Mushroom or truffle foray with Véronique

A sample day
From 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
A dynamic 75- to 90-minute theory presentation on a large screen.
Which mushrooms we will look for today, how to find them, tell them apart, and identify them.

From 2:30 to 3:45 p.m.
Mushroom foraging in the forest

From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
The mushrooms will be laid out on the table.
With the instructor’s help, each participant will be invited to sort their finds and connect them with the theory covered earlier.

Please note that the goal of this day is not to go home with edible mushrooms, but to provide tools to make identification easier.

Please note: if you select an option (mushrooms or truffles) and no available dates appear, it means all my time slots have been booked for the current year. This usually happens around late February or early March, because people plan their forest outings far in advance.
